Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
